Supported Living Services - SLS 896

Navera provides Supported Living Services that are flexible, IPP-driven, and individualized. Supports are designed around the person rather than a fixed program model and may include assistance with daily living skills, health and safety oversight, community integration, and crisis prevention. Navera is committed to delivering person-centered services that prioritize dignity, safety, and accountability. Supports are designed to promote choice, encourage collaboration, and help individuals build stable, meaningful lives in their communities.

Navera serves adults 18 years of age and older with developmental disabilities, including intellectual disabilities who are eligible for services through Redwood Coast Regional Center. Individuals served live in homes they own, rent, lease, or otherwise choose within Humboldt County and surrounding areas within the Regional Center’s catchment area, as service capacity allows. Services are tailored to each individual’s needs, preferences, and level of support as identified in their Individual Program Plan (IPP).
